In this one hour video workshop we will teach you all you need to know when it comes to starting your Powerlifting journey. We will spend time exploring 3 exercises; The Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. We will spend time cueing and instructing each exercise and providing modifications and tips to improve your performance. Finally we will look at some variations to add some flare to your workouts. This video isn’t intended for professional power lifters. It is solely for people looking to get better at the 3 powerlifting exercises and who need some coaching!
